Day 16 of The Forty Day Plan
I usually pull my card early in the morning so I can think about the message during the day. I was very disappointed when I didn’t see my cards in my bag once I reached work (yes I had to work on New Years Eve).
Now when things don’t work out as planned, I always wonder what the Universe has planned that superseded my human plans so I didn’t sweat it.
WHAT THE UNIVERSE
I get home and no cards on my table, no cards under the bed, no cards in the bed. The five year old doesn’t have the cards – they must be in my bag that I LEFT AT WORK.
I’m not that far from the job and I had planned to go back over the weekend to get my bag, but not tonight.
What to do. I made a commitment. So I called the one and only Barbara Faison , creator of the Relax, Listen and Trust Your Inner Guidance card deck and she graciously agreed to pulled a card on my behalf.

This replay calls for more some self reflection. Soooo yes, I’m still growing and learning and growing.
LOUD AND CLEAR
Today I was focusing on all the people who were off and enjoying New Years Eve instead of focusing on the three day weekend I have coming up. And I didn’t have to drive back to the office. And I’ll finish this post with plenty of time to watch a movie, have an adult beverage and maybe stay awake until the new year or not.
What’s working in my life….lots and lots. I’m grateful, hopeful, and excited to see what the Universe has in store for 2022. Happy New Year Folks!
