DAY 5 – of The Forty Day Plan
One of the five year old’s favorite things to do is to surprise me. She jumps from behind doors, hides under the bed, AND she really likes for me to close my eyes and let her lead me to a “surprise” somewhere in the house.
Do I blindly trust the kid enough to get me to the “surprise” without stubbing my toe, stepping on Barbie, or crashing into furniture? Nah.
Today’s Card:TRUST
My Inner Guidance takes me to where I need to be NEXT.
I’m ready for change and it feels ...uncomfortable. But where I am also feels uncomfortable. And I make that statement even though I AM GRATEFUL for where I AM in this moment.
I glad I pulled this card today. It reminds me to FOCUS my attention on where I want to BE and that makes me feel ALIVE with possibilities.
And you know what else? Even though I peek when the child is leading me, not once have I ever been in danger of stubbing my toe, stepping on Barbie, or crashing into furniture. She’s very careful with me under her guidance, yet I’ll probably still peek.
THE FORTY DAY PLAN
I love how the Forty Day Plan helps me FOCUS on what I WANT for my life in spite of all that happens in a day. I’m busy at work. I’m busy at home. I’m busy on weekends.
But no matter what’s going on, when I’m on a Forty Day Plan, I do what I committed to do. And my life is better. And yours can be too. Give it try. You have everything to gain.
Today I am closing my physical eyes and TRUSTING MY INNER GUIDANCE to lead me easily and effortlessly to the next phase of my journey.
